Beginning their journey in late 2013, The Getmines cut their teeth in the basements, boozecans, and greasy bars of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. With a sound all their own, The Getmines balance a deeply-felt admiration for rock n’ roll with a complete irreverence towards its pompous excesses. A little punk, a little metal, and a hell of a lot of spunk, they play rock n’ roll the way it was meant to be played: lean, mean, and off the chain.
